To be sure if there is a need for the creation of an entity that ensure the well-being of the elderly, we decided to perform field work focused on the application of a method of research that would allow us to have knowledge of the different points of view of professionals in the area of constitutional, administrative and family, whose responses we conclude that ultimately required the creation of this entity.
