The purpose of this urban project is to supply the academic and cultural needs of the indigenous reservation of the municipality of Chía - Cundinamarca, where there are no facilities of an institutional nature for early childhood and young people from this community, forcing them to move to the central area of the municipality. Taking into account that the majority of the population of this indigenous community are people with low economic resources, those who travel to their place of academic preparation generates additional expenses such as transportation and more time for various activities. This project aims at people directly affected by this problem such as early childhood, young people and adults have a space near their place of residence proposing adequate equipment and with an optimal urban space, culturally and integrally themed to their roots where they can have a formal education but they can also have their cultural heritage such as their languages, traditions, techniques, gastronomy, etc. That over time and generations have been forgotten due to interaction with modern society which transfigures the thinking of the population, either for fear of being judged or for being ashamed of their ethnic roots without knowing the true importance of this.
