Traffic jams are the main generator of delays in intersections, therefore problems arise across the whole road network of the transport system. An analysis of various factors causing delays will be done such as signage, geometrical designs of a road, problems at important places on a way and management of vehicles demand reducing the capacity of a network due to population growth. This situation impacts on the traffic flow causing long vehicles queues, consequently reducing the level of a road service. This analysis will enable us to detect and solve this possible cause on models studied by the software VISSIM, in order to highlight main factors leading to more researches for proposing new solutions in delays at any type of a specific intersection
