Thus, the project is located on the banks of the Baudó River as mentioned. previously; which consists of an urban design model, where the territory will be ordered based on a system of combined dynamics through different uses at strategic points, that connects and integrates the spaces outside the flood risk zone. which will allow the new organization of the Afro-indigenous inhabitants of the Pacific, in order to create a milestone on a local scale, thus responding to some problems in transportation, mobility and development of the municipality, with the assurance that this project can be replicated in the municipalities with housing settlements on the banks of rivers such as the Atrato, San Juan and Baudó.
