The Code of the Infancy and the Adolescence dedicated a few measurements for the restitution of the rights of the children, girls and adolescents when these were damaged. The reprimand —that is immersed in the Administrative Process of Reestablishment of Rights— is contemplated in the articles 53, 54 and 55 of the Law 1098 of 2006, but this one is not sufficient in any cases to achieve that the children, girls and adolescents younger than 14 years that have committed and infraction have a substancial change in this actions, wich his demonstrated in three cases presented in the Third Police station of Family of the municipality of Mosquera (Cundinamarca). In the presente work the current norms are announced and there will be announced the causes for which this reprimand measurement has not been sufficient to achieve the entire reestablishment of the damages that appear in certain groups of the families that approach the family Police stations looking for a prompt, effective and lasting solution.
