The present monograph aims to study the climatic variability in Planadas and of course its effect on coffee production. A framework of climatic phenomena is used to identify whether some variables such as humidity, temperature, rainfall, and solar brightness influence grain production. The study is quantitative, with the modeling of the variables that have a greater impact on coffee production and thus determine the changes in coffee planting and its economic implications.
