This project work includes the development of a case for use as a teaching tool at the classroom. The case describes the negotiation between Compañía de Empaques S.A. and its two unions: SINTRAEMPAQUES of base, and SINTRAINDUPLASCOL, union of the plastic industry in order to save the company from the economic crisis on which it was submerged for several years.
