El presente trabajo de práctica profesional está enfocado hacia la identificación de alianzas estratégicas con firmas de ingeniería de Brasil, España, Alemania, Israel y Estados Unidos, lo cual se constituye en una oportunidad de negocio que le permite a GL Ingenieros S.A incrementar su potencial comercial e implementar en su actividad nuevos retos para la incursión de mercados internacionales. /Abstract: This work practice is focused on identifying strategic alliances with engineering firms in Brazil, Spain, Germany, Israel and the United States, which constitutes a business opportunity that enables GL Ingenieros SA to increase its commercial potential and implement new challenges in their work to the incursion of international markets. Furthermore, this research promotes information such as databases of trade shows, enrollment in commercial portals, events convened to area organizations and industrial electrical engineering sector, as tools for access to a world through foreign investment for generate competitive advantages to partners both locally and abroad.
