This research studies a decade of Colombian history (1910-1920) in different views, perspectives and representations about elite women in Bogotá. Through writing and visual images, in the magazines El Gráfico y Cromos, observe female roles in the domestic life, the idea of corporality, fashion and celebrations public or private. In this respect, the results offer a conceptual, methodological and historiographical approximate about social relationship, public and private space and strategies of social distinctions suitable by bogota women.
