The present project arises from the need to evaluate the lack of implementation of the oral communication techniques used by teachers towards students from first to third grade of primary school; This is why it is intended to structure and propose new pedagogical strategies, focusing on the oral communication dynamics implemented by teachers towards the students of cycle I in the Manuela Beltrán educational institution (Municipality of San José del Guaviare).
