This study was done in the district of San Rafael Ambo province, localized in Huánuco departament Peru. Comparison between organic carbon was made in the humic and fulvic fractions (HA) (FA). Comparison were made in order to know the humidification grade and it's association with the humidification in five soil orders (4 Aridisols, 13 Entisols, 6 Histosols, 13 Inceptisols and 6 Mollisols). Morphoclimatic factors which condition the humidification grade and the organic carbon present in HA and FA were estimated using the functional equation proposed by Jenny (1941). The extraction, fractioning and humidification grade estimation were made using Nagoya method proposed by Kumada (1987). The quantification of organic material was obtained by using the method of Walkley and Black (1934). Morphometric parameters of landform were estimated based on the digital elevation model (DEM) and climatic parameter of MODIS sensor. According to the ressults the organic amount of HA from Aridisol (0.13g 100g-1) order differs from the one found in Histosols (5.56g 100g-1), Inceptisols (0.93g 100g-1) and Mollisols (2.82g 100g-1). The Entisol order (0.27g 100g-1) exhibited differences with Histosols and Mollisols. Soils of Inceptisol order showed differences with Aridisols and Histosols and Histosol order ressults were also different when compared with Aridisols, Entisols and Inceptisols. In the same way order Mollisol estimates were different from the obtained in Aridisols, Entisols and Inceptisols. Related to the FA the media content of organic carbon, values in Aridisol order (0.10g 100g-1) were different from those found in Histosols (1.43g 100g-1), Inceptisols (0.34g 100g-1) and Mollisols (0.73g 100g-1). The Entisol order (0.22g 100g-1) was differentiated from Mollisols and Inceptisol order from Aridisols and Mollisols. Histosol order was also differentiated from Aridisols. Lastly, Mollisol order values were different among Aridisols, Entisols and Inceptisols. The studied soils in the present study did not showed humidification patterns which may be related to the way in which classifications of such soils are made. Schemes are not based on pedogenetic processes and the soils present variations in characteristics observed in the horizons. Also, they are developed in a variable range of weather, biota and parental material in an elapsed time. According to the results the landform is conditioning humidification and climate is conditioning organic content in HA and FA.
