The individuation has been set as a problem since the classic tradition as tode ti in Aristoteles, individuum in the medievals, individual and individuation in modern philosophers such as Spinoza and Leibniz, and, contemporarilly, forms part of the controversy in disciplines such as philosophy (Husserl, Heidegger, Simondon), psychology (Mead, Simondon, Jung, Mahler, Fromm) and tecnology (Simondon, Stiegler, Latour, Coyne).
