This research proposes the design of a millennial staff retention strategy in a company in the pharmaceutical sector of the city of barranquilla, where a survey is applied based on open and closed questions that identify the personal characteristics in the personal characteristics. It was found that the main causes of motivation are the high salary, recognition of work and that the company has a good work climate and the reasons that maintain the permanence of people within the company are the salary, and a congruization in time of work.
