Análisis de políticas públicas distritales e implicaciones jurídicas del Bullying escolar en la Institución Distrital Educativa Simón Bolívar del barrio Cevillar de la ciudad de Barranquilla en los años 2017-2018
The present research work has as its fundamental purpose, to investigate the different meanings that in our society are attributed to the growing phenomenon of Bullying, specifically in the educational institution Simón bolivar of the Cevillar district, of the city of Barranquilla, and of course its implications in the social aspect of school interaction. We used the qualitative research methodology of comprehension-interpretive approach as a great tool to unravel the complex reality of a scourge that customarily strikes young people not only in Barranquilla, but nationally and even internationally, but we will stop to the exclusive study of the Simon Bolivar educational institution in the Cevillar neighborhood, in the city of Barranquilla. Data were collected through interviews with the principal, coordinator, psychologist and students in the 6th, 8th, 10th and 11th grades to learn about the magnitude of the problem. A single format was used in order to understand the devastating impact of this cancer of modern society, to have a suitable space in the supply of tools to the actors involved in the core, especially teachers and can at least alleviate the educational establishment any type of aggression that produces the Bullying.
