Participación De La Pedagogía Del Cuidado En Las Prácticas Pedagógicas De Las Estudiantes De Licenciatura En Educación Infantil De La Fundación Universitaria Los Libertadores
This research is based on the study of pedagogical practices and the elements of care pedagogy that intervene in them, strengthening values such as empathy, autonomy, personal relationships, participation and how these influences the processes of being finding a space for reflection, construction, and acquisition of knowledge, allowing a climate of trust and full assertive communication supporting the theoretical - practical process. For this reason, the research was carried out with the students of the bachelor’s degree in Child Pedagogy of the Los Libertadores University Foundation of the city of Bogotá DC in the period 2017 - 2020, with the aim of analyzing the elements of the care pedagogy experienced in practice pedagogical, through the qualitative method using documentary analysis and the focus group, thus allowing a better approach towards the opinion of each of the students. This allowed us to reach a series of conclusions where it was identified that the pedagogy of care has been involved in each of the experiences of pedagogical practices, training processes, personal and social development of each of the students and their development in the labor sphere.
