This article shows the results obtained through a study and bibliographic review of local, national and international references related to initial teacher training, it is from there that the research question arises referring to How to strengthen teacher training processes initial through the use of e-portfolios as learning mediation? During its development, a relationship is made between initial teacher training and part of ICT in the educational context as tangent realities in society. In addition to the above, the research exercise aims to achieve objectives such as the general one while it is expected to know how the initial teacher training processes are strengthened through the use of e-portfolios and from this power to determine the possibilities of e-portfolios as means of learning, establish the limitations of the portfolio as means of learning and diagnose from the bibliographic investigation the advances and difficulties in the face of learning environments and the use of e-portfolios in pedagogical practices. Within the categories of analysis that were able to establish the following that will be studied in detail in one of the sections of this article, one of them refers to initial teacher training, which constitutes a fundamental part within the qualification of teachers and E portfolios as a learning medication strategy, this being the tool that will allow us to analyze in some way the practices in the work of teachers in initial training.
