This document is intended to analyze the strategies that have been implemented by the various municipalities belonging to the caribbean region, in terms of promoting ICT and its influence on digital governance (Big Data), to promote and achieve the efficient relationship and interaction between government and society, it highlights the importance and impact of implementing these tolos, they are adapting to the technological evolution we face daily, which brings with it multiple economic, social, environmental and cultural benefits, contributing to the maximum development and well-being of the country. The methodology used is qualitative based on literature review and descriptive-exploratory, sampling was by conglomerate taking into account the geography and administrative division of the territorial entities. Disknowing the situation that is being experienced somewhere makes it difficult to understand and help with the problems that arise, the digital government (Big Data) seeks to recognize all those aspects that significantly affect the different areas that make up the country. focusing on this work in the municipalities that make up the caribbean región, giving importance to the data exploitation policy (Big Data) and working to improve these inconformities with the aim of providing public value to the information provided by the territorial entities under study, this is to seek efficiency and effectiveness in the state actions.
