The present document presents a propositive and projective research on an urban vacuum in the city of Bogotá, which aims to generate an alternative for the transformation of a-This place, which has numerous environmental social and urban problems, those that are intended to be solved by means of a proposal for urban intervention oriented in the public space. The project will be developed through a perceptual approach of the space, being the field diary one of the strategies to be employed for the projection of an urban design that allows the community a better interaction with its environment. This will lead to multiple general and detailed analyses of relevant aspects in the area, which together with the perceptual approach will allow the generation of a diagnosis that will establish the criteria of the design to be employed on this polygon of city, so that it finally becomes a space with a new identity, mitigating the conditions that hinder the interaction of the public space with the user and its appropriation.
