This work will focus on establishing the relationship between thermoregulation and mood in older women from the Santo Tomás University program, through the application of physical protocols such as strength, endurance, coordination and flexibility, each of these with specific intensity targets. They were applied to a group of 23 elderly women, belonging to the physical activity program of the elderly, the variables were measured because they are a result of the effort made and by indicators of the state of mind pres and post, in each one of the protocols. The protocols were carried out between 7:00 am and 9:00 am. The data obtained were analyzed through the comparison of physiological and mood changes. In the results obtained, it was possible to identify differences at the beginning and end of each protocol, during the research statistically significant differences are evidenced in some of the positive affects, but also highlighting the negative affects regarding the state of mind of the group under study
