Organizational culture is a fundamental part for an organization to achieve the programmed goals and objectives, thus allowing the growth and development essential for job performance. The objective of this systematic review of literature is to identify the Organizational Culture in Organizations of Latin America, period 2013-2018, with the organizational culture being an aspect that takes greater strength in companies since it is influenced by the work environment and its constant changes. So, the purpose of this study is to perform a document review analysis to have up-to-date information that will allow us to know the changes and the development of the organizational culture, involving the human resources of the organization that are the principles, mission, vision, and values that allow achieving objectives and goals to efficiently achieve an increase in the effectiveness of knowledge processes in work performance and personal behaviors that are those that generate learning and assume new challenges and responsibilities that are usually in continuous progress to achieve levels of productivity and success. To achieve the objective, published documents are identified, between 2013 and 2018, in the digital databases Redalyc and Scielo. Finally, it concludes the importance of why studies on organizational culture in organizations and organizational culture variables since they are of fundamental value for employees and companies that help strengthen the development and improvement of personal and group skills for the integration of organizations.
