Likewise, organizations are made up of teams and work groups, which focus on fulfilling a common objective, rescuing the fundamental work of each one in a certain work and / or work environment, as specified in their short-term organizational plans. , medium and long term. It is here where the organizational climate stands out as the shared perceptions that the members of an organization have about organizational processes, such as policies, leadership style, interpersonal relationships, remuneration, etc. (García Ramírez & Ibarra Velázquez, 2012). From the study of organizational climate around studies carried out in human talent management, evaluate the organizational climate of the Educational Institution Nuestra Señora del Perpetuo Socorro in the municipality of San Carlos (Córdoba).
