ANALISIS Y COMPARACION ECONOMICA DE ESTRUCTURAS DISEÑADAS POR ANALISIS DINÁMICO ELASTICO Y POR CARGAS GRAVITACIONALES CON VARIACION EN LOS SISTEMAS DE ENTREPISO
From an structural analysis by static loads and using the method of spectral elastic dynamic analysis, using a specialized modeling in structural design of buildings such as the ETABS software, in addition to variations in slabs systems (solid slabs in two directions, and lightened slabs in two directions), in this book the analysis and design of four structures with porches resistant system moments are found, each with variations above , in order to make a comparative analysis of efficiency of each structure adopted according to each system , taking into account considerations such as total mass of the building, ability to control drifts (when required), amounts of concrete and steel required for each building , as well as an economic evaluation of the structures with respect to the cost of systems with prices currently prevailing in the market . The building that was taken as basis for architectural structural design consists of six floors and a loft, with a total height of 20.77 m and a total floor area measuring 868.02 m2 wheelbase multifamily uses.
