The degree work was a research project based on a Public Policy of the National Government that is inclusive and of great importance, such as: ¨The Implementation of the Integral Routes of Rural and Urban Employment in the South of Tolima¨; which was endorsed by the Convention ten twenty-six (1026) of the year two thousand thirteen 2013, signed with the Government of the Department of Tolima, projects for labor formalization and self-employability, which materialized with the collaboration of: The Ministry of Labor, family Compensation (Comfatolima), State Employment Agencies, the Seine, the governor of Tolima, Ibagué University, Zoon Politikon and Hotbed of labor law Thésaurus why this work it was decided to bring our knowledge, support , advise and guide people who may have great job opportunities in the rural sector, which becomes a great social, personal and labor responsibility.
