Throughout this descriptive research, the aim is to identify the factors that intervene in the acceptance or rejection of on-line sports services offered by the family compensation funds Cafam, Colsubsidio and Compensar. For this analysis, A Priori makes a diagnosis of the effects produced by the pandemic generated by the COVID-19 Virus, from its appearance to the economic and social repercussions on the world population, in addition to the general state of the Family Compensation Funds as non-profit entities in charge of generating welfare in the community. Following this, data collection is carried out by means of a comparative case study of the service portfolios of the CCFs in question, a survey applied to the affiliated population and a focus group with the intervention of users who have actively acquired sports services with the CCFs. A posteriori, high levels of sedentary lifestyle in the population of Bogota (55%) are determined due to the low frequency of physical practice or inactivity, largely due to the change of habits or lifestyles caused in society by the Covid-19 virus, the CCFs have restructured their business models and from the virtuality they intend to offer in a synchronous way inclusive and accessible virtual services to all their affiliates.
