The purpose of this project is to propose a business improvement in the financial area of the Office of the Attorney General of the Nation, through the implementation of strategies for the budget chain process and file, established through the application of some tools of the Industrial engineering, as well as applying knowledge learned during the university career in the workplace, providing and strengthening the knowledge acquired. Through the proposed corrective actions, the aim is to reduce the bottleneck in the budget chain process in the financial area, achieving efficient compliance with work activities and avoiding setbacks due to errors in the process.
