The human being has always generated an interaction with the environment, and it is here that he can fully develop, whether socially, productively and/or culturally; one of the reasons for this development is the establishment of the population centres now known as cities where there are greater tools for the social development of people, This has led to the displacement of cities to large cities and has led to growth in them. For what I have described, today, the cities are creating alternatives such as urban agriculture that seeks to provide fresh food, improve food security, reuse waste, generate income for producers and forge a strategy that contributes to the resilience of large cities to climate change.
