In the development of this degree work, we sought to identify and describe the types of leadership present in the production area in the company C.I. Multiservicios de Ingeniería 1A S.A., through the application of surveys that allowed us to measure the organizational climate of the company, according to the level of influence of the types of leadership identified in it. With the information collected, an intervention proposal was developed that is expected to be applied by management in the internal communication styles that are currently being developed, with the aim of maintaining an optimal organizational climate that will result in a competitive company.
