This work shows the impact of the organizational climate on the psychological well-being of employees in companies in Colombia, based on the review of publications on research on the work environment around the identified variables that influence the organizational climate of public companies and private from Colombia. For this, a qualitative study was used based on a descriptive bibliographic review, carrying out a systematic analysis of literature from specialized and scientific journals obtained from different academic databases, focusing specifically on the points of view on organizational aspects that affect well-being. psychological of the employees. The results of this exercise show the period with the highest report of studies carried out on the subject is in 2018, with seven publications; then the year 2016 is located, with five publications; the year 2017 with four publications; the year 2008 with 3 publications; 2009, 2013, 2014 and 2019 with two publications and the years 2010, 2011 and 2020, in a period of 12 years. The existence of this direct relationship between the organizational climate and the psychological health of the employees is observed, with Leadership being one of the most determining and influential variables in the perception that workers have of the organizational climate and therefore a direct impact on the results organizational.
