Every time the world becomes more demanding with the services and products that they consume. To be competitive, the companies are more interested in satisfying the expectations of the clients and generating a proximity for the increase of their sales and the recognition of the brand, that is why the ISO standards are created and specifically the 9001 which establishes the guidelines for companies to meet these expectations and the quality requirements established worldwide. That is why the Desarrollo Inteligente Fundación (DESIN) of the city of Bogotá, wants to be certified to be competitive and be able to offer with government entities and provide a good service to the community to overcome extreme poverty and improve living conditions of the population. Based on this vision, this internship is generated to draft a quality manual based on the ISO 9001 standard to establish the parameters to implement a quality management system that allows continuous improvement, meet the needs and expectations of customers and be recognized for the excellent work.
