The objective of this degree project was to prepare a DIAGNOSIS OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE OF THE COMPANY ESTACIONES MARTIGO S.A.S, focused on improving the performance of its workers through strategic intervention actions. In addition, this study offers relevant information for understanding the factors and conditions that influence the Organizational Climate within the organization and that have a direct influence on workers, in such a way that it provides the basis for reorienting decision-making towards the management of strategies that guarantee a good working environment, commitment, performance and productivity of its collaborators.
