Currently, Tulúa has many Care Centers or Kindergartens which provide various services to Parents and Children from 6 months to 5 years old, during this age kids develop some motor physical skills, which implies implementing proper stimulation, considering that during this age range is easier to acquire motor skills. In private schools Tulúa offers various services. When conducting this research, attention was focused on the institution Nubecítas de la Alegría where through direct observation and dialogue with teachers, the priority with Neurolinguistics stimulation was noticed, leaving Physical Education aside and finding that there were not teachers specialized in this area. Due to the importance of stimulation through physical education in preschool, there is a remarkable need to strengthen the quality with gross motor development, by implementing a plan based on recreational and leisure activities in Children which will increase the practice during the day by attending the PE class. Benefits of application by using correct and appropriate recreation in this process of early education are left clear. Therefore initiation of the process takes place in this institution where it is required the proper implementation of this plan which benefits children in order to achieve good development of gross motor skills as require, since during this stage they have more possibilities of adaptation and learning making this become appropriate Process permanent in their lives.
