The strategic direction and international business is important for all aspects of the organization since it is in charge of planning strategies, whether commercial or corporate, that allow organizations to be more competitive in the market. This work will be carried out at the Colombian Burger House company located in the long forest sector of the city of Ibagué. We will also identify the leadership that this organization has as it manages the organization and direction communication in the face of the decisions it makes and what type of leadership it manages. On the other hand, we will talk about the strategic branding that is important for a good positioning of the brand and the benefits that are had for the company in addition to the strategic platform with the mission, vision, corporate values taking into account these factors will form a DOFA matrix to determine how the company is. Finally, about strategic marketing which is of great importance since it helps us to plan and look for sales positioning strategies and adaptation to market demands.
