In the following document proposes a management and administration plan for the construction of the vehicular bridge communicating the neighborhood Ciudad luz and the neighborhood Tunal in urban area of Ibagué - Tolima, under the specific requirements of the standards. Its purpose is to determine the necessary guidelines for the execution of civil works activities stipulated in contract No. 001 of 2019 by the company JF Construcciones de Ibagué, through the establishment of guidelines that allow the contractor to perform constant measurements to meet the quality of the product under the conditions that the client and the law establishes, based on continuous improvement and the taking of some integral management tools ISO 9001:2015. One of the specific objectives of this quality plan is to meet and exceed the needs that the company JF Construcciones de Ibagué can present at technical and logistical level during the development of the contract, through a comprehensive policy that allows the development of quality, Social Responsibility, Industrial Safety, Health and Safety at Work and Environment, taking procedures and documentation necessary for the fulfillment of objectives such as: The management of internal and external documents, control of records, management responsibility, control of documents and data, control of record, human resources, communication with the customer and others, which allow quality assurance and less uncertainty before the processes.
