Through this work we sought to increase the efficiency of the production process of the Eliecer Vásquez Jewelry company based on the lean manufacturing philosophy, based on a methodology chosen for its affinity and coherence in the use of lean tools which were studied and adapted to the needs, limitations and scenarios found in the development of the company's activities. Thus, we proceeded to identify the failures in the development of the corporate purpose, the planning of containment strategies and their implementation and the measurement of said tools for subsequent evaluation, thus identifying the efficiency of the tool implemented in each process urged of changes found in the diagnostic stage, with the objective of assessing the need to modify or implement a new tool for a certain process. Finally, the information resulting from the indicators for the months of June, July, August and September was collected, and the reduction in times and improvement of those indicators that measure the degree of satisfaction of the operators with respect to their work environment, management, was evidenced of resources and fulfillment of commitments with customers.
