The present research that it knows the social and clinical characteristics of the pregnant women with gestational syphilis, it allows to take the corrective measures to emphasize the factors that affect the alteration of the health of the pregnant women; Not only the actions directed directly to increase the capacities and capacities of the people, but also the directions to modify the social conditions. Objective: to characterize the pregnant women with gestational syphilis in the sociodemographic and clinical aspects that attended the prenatal controls in the centers. of Health of ESE ISABU between 2010 and 2017. Methodology: A quantitative study of the descriptive, retrospective study of case series. The selection of the medical records of mothers with syphilis gestational and the reported cases of congenital syphilis who attended a prenatal check-up in the health centers of the period 2014-2017 in Bucaramanga, Santander. Results: By the first trimester could be identified in 18.86% of the participants and, more frequently, in the second trimester, with a percentage of 44.33% of the patients diagnosed with syphilis.
