This study reflects a reconstruction of the current state of the informal settlement of “La Playita in the village of San Agustín”, carrying out a description and analysis of the socioeconomic dynamics related to the object of study, in this way an analysis could be made from a diagnostic matrix that facilitates the understanding of the current panorama, of the problems that unfold from the creation of these informal settlements and the characterization of the delimited area within the village. Subsequently, the changes to which the area has been exposed in the last 10 years were graphically represented, so it is important to observe them for a better understanding of the characterization carried out, additionally through the analysis of the graphs or technically called multitemporal analysis. findings, causes and factors were expressed over time; This analysis showed substantial changes in the sketch of the municipality. Finally, changes were determined at the environmental, social, cultural and economic level due to the dynamics of urban growth and then made a comparison in relation to the municipal POT (Territorial Planning Plan) in such a way that some of the solutions were demonstrated in terms of the proposal of changes that improve the different approaches.
