The need for a systematic review on knowledge, attitudes and sexual practices in university students from Colombia, is that the sexual behavior of high risk college, requiring work on programs to prevent sexually transmitted diseases, focusing on identifying and practice analysis also reference risk characterization, and operational components of the interventions. Methodology: Exploratory Study descriptico-kind systematic review using databases like HINARI ACCESS TO RESEARCH, EBSCO HOST, SCIELO LEGISCOMES, OVIDSP identifying documents 283, 146 to be eligible and included 29, which dealt with the subject. Results: Twenty-nine studies related to human sexuality and expression particularly during the university period, is part of a new connotation of knowledge, attitudes and sexual practices, as the earlier shows, later levels are preparation of the individual from the point culturally and intellectually so it is necessary to confront an activity that responds to a positive educational training, approached from different angles and in which college students active part of that process. Conclusions: College students are not exempt from these risk factors, because they assume risky sexual behaviors, ignoring their knowledge of STIs, especially among those who have a greater number of sexual partners, and the range and variety of behaviors obvious sexual risk by not using proper protection methods.
