In this paper grade is design a device for the treatment and prevention of pathology of carpal tunnel syndrome, which involves two therapies that have proven very effective results, as they are the Electrical therapy electro Neural stimulation Transcutaneous and thermal heat therapy and cold for their therapeutic and analgesic effects, this from an electronic approach, with the advantage of having no side effects and the fact that two non-invasive therapies to reduce to very low levels the risks to the patient helping to strengthen muscles and inducing the body to produce analgesic responses naturally. The proposed device can provide different therapies ways thanks to its different modes of operation, and fairly easily thanks to the interface created for handling by users and the respective operating instructions which is recorded all indications necessary for the proper operation and safety handling of both device and user security at the time of use.
