In this report it describes the experience gained throughout professional practice; carried out in the Colombian Red Roads Barrancabermeja headquarters in the administrative area in the part of projects. Where I applied and developed the skills and knowledge obtained during my studies in the Faculty of Administrative Sciences - Business Administration degree from the Cooperative University of Colombia. This practice, was aimed at carrying out a professional development within the work environment established in the entity, demonstrating autonomy, responsibility and motivation for such work, it was also necessary to occupy the position of observer to contemplate and learn from teamwork and in turn know the organization and the functions it fulfills. In addition, the necessary information for the identification of the company will be included, such data includes history, organizational structure, legal nature among others. Finally, information on the activities undertaken during the practice will be included in a clear and detailed way to demonstrate knowledge acquired in the social relationship with the community.
