Propuesta para optimizar la gestión operativa en la unidad agrícola productora de lima ácida Tahití Campo Alegre ubicada en el municipio de San Luis -Tolima
This project focuses on designing a technical planning for the management of four fundamental pillars in the operational management of an agricultural unit: inventory management, machine and tool management, crop management and post-harvest management. It was initially developed on the basis of observations, interviews with advisors, farmers, workers, professors of industrial engineering at the University of Ibagué, input-producing companies and fieldwork to have an initial outline of critical areas, with this being able to develop the different flowcharts of the organization that helped to have a greater perception of the situation. Tools such as the DOFA analysis were used which identified the framework for the organization's current situation. As a second instance, an AMFE matrix was designed with which a Pareto diagram was drawn which defines the processes to be worked according to the priority level, and a Benchmarking analysis was carried out with different organizations, we developed time and movement studies, plant distribution, raw material forecasts, supplies and inventory analysis. It will be complemented by secondary information sources such as fact sheets, databases of different universities, studies of undergraduate work with approaches to this type of crop and information collected from Benchmarking analyses. Finally, the evaluation of the project will be based on the acronym "SMART" (specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and time-limited) The farmer is desired to have tools to find solutions to problems presented in the UPA Campo Alegre, that from the economic theme are viable and can increase the yield of the crop.
