As pet owners, we understand what animal owners go through when going to the vet or a service center and not finding the expected level of care, not knowing all the options present in the market to satisfy the need, in addition of not having quality information or an effective service, endangering the welfare and life of the animal. According to the canine sector, in the market segment we find that the Tunjana population amounts to 195,496 people and there is an increase in the proportion of companion animals, going from 22.9% in 2000 to 54.7% to the year 2005 according to studies carried out by DANE in 2015. This indicates that the pet care services sector is on the rise.
