Sistematización de la práctica pedagógica con metodología escuela nueva en la institución educativa agropecuaria santa bárbara, escuela el rosal ¿ Cómbita
This research seeks to understand the pedagogical practice applying the Escuela Nueva methodology developed at the Santa Bárbara Agricultural Educational Institution El Rosal of Cómbita (Boyacá - Colombia), through the systematization of experiences research method and following the five steps proposed by Oscar Jara because they gives the possibility of evaluating the particularity of the pedagogical practice and therefore being able to assume it with a transforming intention. This experiences systematization is carried out due to the impact that pedagogical practice has had as it is considered to be demonstrative and renowned, not only in Cómbita, but also in the local, regional, national and international context. The research methodology is qualitative since it is concentrated on the experiences of the participants with a hermeneutical approach, and because it fulfills with a reflective process that allows the reconstruction of the experience using the narrative and the description as a tool. It is also used the documentary analysis technique which aims to compile written and audiovisual documents that are useful as memories in the systematization process. In the analysis of results, the main categories are the learning processes, the appropriation of the methodology, the responsible citizenship, and the school - community; fundamental factors that allowed to understand and to interpret the reasons why the pedagogical Practice is considered demonstrative of the Escuela Nueva methodology. The direct - objective and contextual interpretation of the pedagogical experience evidenced an educational community strengthened in the teacher and the students´ leadership, the social and ethical values, the competitiveness, the assertive communication, the autonomy of the students, the teacher´s vocation and some contributions such as the creation of the government of parents, the book of commitments and the implementation of the school theater as a pedagogical strategy.
