Within the present research environmental management plan under which the prevention, control, mitigation and compensation for impacts generated within the activities developed by the company Petronorte SA in the municipality of Rio de Oro is set it arises, the township Morrison, Finca la Camila; Likewise environmental programs containing procedures that improve the disposal of both liquid and solid waste from activities in the area favor the mitigation of significant environmental impacts caused there are established. The environmental impact study includes the review and assessment of potential socioeconomic and environmental impacts, both physical, biotic, which can be presented by the activities of the project, based on the socio-environmental characterization of the area, to determine what resources are most affected and then formulate strategies for environmental management activities that generate changes on the natural environment in the Township of Morrison, Finca la Camilla. This proposal will propose actions to protect the environment legislative changes, and thus protect so fulfill the commitments made at international and national level by the Republic of Colombia.
