The conceptualization of this research is a reaction to the way how is assumed the curriculum in some educational institutions of basic training, in particular offered to students of 10th and 11th degrees, coming to join the ranks of the professions in the country, therefore has set itself the objective, promote scientific thinking in the students of training half of the Pan American Lyceum of Sincelejo through the development of learning-based interdisciplinary research practices significant. Using a mixed methodology, in order to find items that would enrich the interpretive analysis, was therefore used the survey to students, participant observation, and compilation of information emanating directly from the educational institution, of its at the operational level and address academic actors. The results left to see that young people are talented, creative ideas, interest in defining their life project, but many times, given their level of development cognitive, demand from the accompaniment of parents and teachers; It is base their concerns and a strong theory about the interdisciplinarity, is designing strategies aimed at fostering scientific thought of students; and to propose the formation of a community of inquiry that involve students, policy, teachers and parents.
