Childhoods, situations and contexts: an approach through dialogue with teachers, is a book that shows the results of the research: “Problems of childhood in the district: a view from the graduates of the Faculty of Sciences and Education of the Francisco José de Caldas District University", which allows an approach to the realities of boys and girls evidenced in the classrooms and at school, as well as the analysis of the public policies that have been formulated in the municipalities of Luis Eduardo Garzón, Samuel Moreno and Gustavo Petro, for their prevention and intervention. From a holistic vision of childhood and a complex vision of the problems, teachers show in childhood the presence of a multiplicity of problems related to the family, school, boys and girls, the state and the context, among which stand out: family dysfunction, school violence, the consumption of psychoactive substances, aggressiveness, crime and child labor, problems that have been considered in the formulation of public policies of the indicated periods, whose programs do not They manage to cover the entire population that requires it and their implementation becomes an isolated event, which does not significantly impact the problem that it aims to intervene.
