Book product of the research project called "" Measuring the impact of commercial development strategies for solidarity organizations in the framework of the post-conflict in Tolima ". In this, growth and development indicators are determined in order for the same organizations to measure each criterion established in the indicators and in this way make more assertive decisions that promote internal improvement, growth and competitiveness. At the same time, a learning material is developed according to the needs of the associative groups, providing greater knowledge when carrying out their administrative, production and planning activities. Finally, a proposal for a corporate social responsibility scheme is presented to be followed to contribute to social, cultural and economic improvement.
