The electrical risk prevention program is an efficient tool to avoid work accidents and occupational diseases generated by unsafe acts and conditions, for this, it is required to establish safe work procedures for electrical risks in accordance with occupational health and safety guidelines. In resolution 5018 of 2019, train staff in safe work practices, provide individual and collective protection elements to workers, the methodology used for this work was the observation of non-conformities, investigation and analysis of the standards in order to establish the improvement plan, with the electrical risk prevention program the company achieves an improvement of 30% in the EPP matrix indicator, by controlling changes in its EPP matrix DS-MZ- 06 which includes the requirements for electrical risk taking into account the recommendations to acquire dielectric gloves, mask of protection against electric arc flames and the dielectric mat, thus complying with 100% of the guidelines established in the current national and international regulations, it is worth noting that it was possible to improve by 22% in the matrix indicator of legal requirement develop the safe working procedure for electric irrigation, likewise in the improvement of all processes.
