The starting point of this research corresponds to the need to bring new perspectives to the analysis performed around pedagogical practices and how the relationship between these and the assessment practices in higher education in Colombia is constituted. The emphasis of reflections on the pedagogical practice in higher education, includes the analysis of the evaluative act in its link with the processes of teaching and learning that is incorporated.
