The present erví work consists in the realization of a design of a solid waste integral management plan (PMIRS) which is important for companies and institutions because it facilitates the handling that must be done to each type of waste, in this case is made for the Serv í cowboy footwear factory and pump, which is located at Calle 41 # 30 in the municipality of Villavicencio, department of Meta. For the development of the PMIRS design, a verbal survey is mainly applied to the personnel in charge of the company, which is found in Annex 1 of this work. After the initial diagnosis is made to find the disadvantage with respect to solid waste presented by the company, there is determined the place of disposal, the route, frequency, types and vol ume of waste generated in the company. As a result of the aforementioned diagnosis, the research problem is identified, this is because the company does not classify all the waste that is generated, nor does it have the appropriate containers and place to deposit the rest that is generated from each activity that is generated. execute To provide a solution to this problem, proposals for implementation are proposed in order to improve the conditions that are generated as a result of the problem, especially t he environmental problems that arise. In addition, internal routing is implemented, capacity of the containers to be used with their respective color code, among other activities that demonstrate the development of said proposals.
