The purpose of this article is to show the process and results obtained from characterizing 20 institutional experiences of social projection in the territory, from the approach of the model of solidarity territory of the UCC, to establish a baseline for improvement and quality processes in the headquarters of Bogotá, Cali and Villavicencio, for this, a quantitative research methodology was applied, through the collection, tabulation and analysis of data from an instrument, the protocol and instructions to identify and present good institutional practices, with the accompaniment of the group of experts from research in solidarity territory and the three coordinators of social projection of those of the sites under study, as the main antecedents were taken into account: the project "Participatory validation of the solidarity territory model in the UCC", the research of (Jurado & Morán , 2019), who explain about the commitment to social projection that they have Higher Education Institutions, IES, the development of social projection from the UCC. The National Plan for the Promotion of the Solidarity Economy and Rural Cooperative - PLANFES 2017-2032 and the guidelines of the Telescopi Network, as the main results found, the linking of experiences with various types of organizations of the solidarity economy, mainly cooperatives, the economic participation of its actors in different actions of the territory such as: goods, services, commercialization and consumption, favoring in particular the communes or localities within the urban and rural areas, which demonstrates the commitment of social projection of the UCC, managing to articulate the teaching and research, with a clear relationship and cooperation with the territory, collaboratively linking the university community from different areas of knowledge, with strategies in accordance with the National Plan for the Promotion of the Solidarity and Rural Cooperative Economy - PLANFES 2017-2032. In conclusion, it could be said that this study is a step to stipulate the input data that will subsequently allow the construction of an information system that can become a Bank of Institutional Digital Experiences, which facilitates the promotion of the quality of the UCC, where the exchange and application of successful experiences takes place, as a way of contributing to the management of knowledge through the constant updating of information on said experiences.
